How would you feel about the opportunity to manage projects for one of our largest clients yet—and maybe even enjoy a beer while you're at it?  Nah, just kidding - but the first part is true. We’re currently looking for a talented Digital Project Manager (medior level) to join our Amplify team and help drive exciting work with our client, Heineken Global.

 

The job

The Amplify project within Boomerang Agency is all about empowering local Heineken & Desperados markets through the Global account. It is about deploying global campaigns to local markets, simultameouly spotting locally relevant opportunities, and making the most of our creative talent on a worldwide scale. Project Managers are the connectors of Boomerang Agency. You are the connection between the agency, the client and other external parties. You make sure work gets done and clients get what they need – on time and within budget

Who are we looking for?

Naturally you are the type of person that has strong organizational and planning skills, someone that likes to tackle challenges on a day-to-day basis and is an enthusiastic team player.

  • You have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. in a digital agency or for a brand);
  • You have a proven track record of commercial clients/projects;
  • You ideally have experience in supervising a small (creative) team;
  • You are proactive, responsible, solution-oriented, independent and able to handle stress;
  • You know how to organise and keep overview and find pleasure in doing this;
  • You have a good sense of humour. Or a bad sense of humour. As long as you have a sense of humour;
  • You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Any other languages would be extra cool.

What will you be doing?

As one of our Digital Project Managers for Amplify, you are constantly multi-tasking and communicating with several layers of the organization. It’s a diverse job, but there are some returning elements. The most important one is having fun with the team. Project Managers like a little structure, so we’ve made a list of your most important responsibilities:

  • You are the connection between the agency, the client and other external stakeholders;
  • You lead several projects for clients, work from briefing towards the delivery of dynamic state-of-the-art social assets and/or campaigns;
  • You understand the process of creating dynamic (video) content;
  • You will represent Boomerang to the client and are able to advise them and brainstorm with them;
  • You are in touch with clients and external parties and make sure we receive all necessary input from them;
  • You lead the Amplify campaign deployment workflow, coordinating key resources including digital content managers & digital producers, as well as project deliverables.
