Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to announce an opening for a Dutch Speaking Customer Care Agent. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer service and fluent in Dutch, looking to assist our valued Dutch-speaking clients.


Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely solutions.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by effectively managing customer interactions.
  • Document conversations and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to offer accurate information and support to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in using customer service tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
