Job Description: Turnover Administrator

Location: Geleen, Limburg area, Netherlands

Client: Leading EPCM partner

Agency: Airswift

Project: Related to renewables

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assembling Turnover Dossiers: Collect and organize QC documentation, reports from completions software, and engineering documents to create comprehensive turnover dossiers.
  • Document Management: Manage and archive all relevant documents, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Quality Control: Verify the completeness and accuracy of all turnover documents to meet project and industry standards.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, such as engineering, quality control, and construction, to ensure all necessary information and documents are available for project completion.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and status updates for project managers and other stakeholders on the progress of the turnover documentation.

Skills and Qualities:

  • Experience: Demonstrable experience with QC and turnover in the chemical or O&G sector.
  • Proactive: Identifies tasks and takes initiative to complete them.
  • Availability: Willing to work at the project site for at least 40 hours per week.
  • Organizational Skills: Enjoys organizing and can effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Stress-Resistant: Performs well under pressure in a dynamic work environment.
  • Technical Skills: Technically inclined and capable of effectively using technical documents and software.

As a Turnover Administrator, you play a crucial role in the successful closure of projects by ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and complete. You contribute to the quality and safety of the project by strictly adhering to industry standards and internal procedures.
