Conduct hands-on training sessions using actual training equipment.
Develop and update training materials, manuals, and documentation in line with Palfinger standards.
Ensure all technical content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with product developments.
Maintain training equipment and ensure a safe, effective learning environment.
Deliver technical training courses for customers, service partners, internal technicians, at our training academy, on-site at the customers plant or remotely.
Your Qualifications:
Strong technical background in marine engineering or mechanical and hydraulic systems, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, or technical mentor is preferred.
3–5 years of hands-on field experience with hydraulics products.
English language skills in speaking and writing are mandatory.
Strong presentation, teaching, and people skills to engage and train different groups effectively.
