At Ricoh, we are looking for a Regional Head of Portfolio who will guide, develop, and lead our local portfolio team for Northern Europe. Your role will help us bring the best of Ricoh’s global and EMEA innovation to our customers — shaped by local insight, tailored execution, and strong collaboration.
What you’ll do?
Lead and motivate a team of Portfolio Managers responsible for Ricoh’s solutions across the Northern Europe region
Translate the EMEA product and service strategy into actionable local market plans, working closely with sales, service, marketing, and support teams
Use local market knowledge and customer insights to influence product design, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market activities
Ensure smooth and timely launches of products, services, and solutions — measuring their impact and refining plans as needed
Build strong relationships with marketing and sales teams and channel partners to drive growth, manage portfolio performance, and seize new revenue opportunities
Represent the voice of the region in EMEA discussions, making sure our local market needs are understood and prioritized
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to spot opportunities, improve profitability, and drive competitive advantage
Support complex bid and sales opportunities, providing insight and recommendations to maximize success
Standardize way of working, reporting in the product life Cycle, from ideation to sunset What you bring?
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
8+ years of experience in B2B product or portfolio management, ideally with a technology or solutions focus
Proven leadership skills with 5+ years leading high-performing teams
Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, customer behavior, and channel ecosystems
Background in working both direct and indirect sales models (dealers, distributors, partners)
Experience managing the full product lifecycle — from market analysis to launch, growth, and retirement
Solid business and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret data, assess ROI, and optimize portfolio performance
Knowledge of ERP, CRM, and PIM/DAM systems preferred
Fluent in English; other European languages a plus
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across multiple countries
