To provide everyone access to financial freedom regardless of credit scores, banking status, or borders. As a DevOps Engineer, you bring that mission to life with smart, secure, and scalable cloud solutions.


What youll do


Youll own and operate the entire cloud infrastructure. Working closely with the VP of R&D, youll play a key role in building, maintaining, and securing Neemas platform.

  • Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure

  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines

  • Manage Kubernetes and ECS environments

  • Monitor systems and respond to incidents

  • Automate deployments (blue/green and canary rollouts)

  • Implement security best practices (e.g., WAFs)

  • Troubleshoot production issues (especially during high-impact events)

    • This is a self-directed role within an international remote team. Youre the DevOps expert and youll have the freedom and responsibility that come with it.


    What were looking for


    Were looking for someone who works independently and thrives in collaboration. Youre curious, structured, and always thinking a step ahead.

  • 5+ years of experience with microservices architecture

  • Deep expertise in AWS nothing less will do

  • Strong experience with containerization in Kubernetes and ECS

  • In-depth knowledge of networking (VPNs, VPCs, load balancers, gateways, VLANs, routing, etc.)

  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)

  • Skilled in modern cloud deployment practices, including blue/green and canary rollouts

  • Strong monitoring and alerting skills using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or OpenTelemetry

  • Familiar with APM tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, or Logz.io (or similar platforms)

  • Proficiency with Linux/Unix is a plus

    • Company language is English fluency in both written and spoken English is a must
