Introduction
As a Thermal Engineering intern, you will perform a variety of engineering tasks including designing, developing, analyzing, troubleshooting, implementing and evaluating AI-driven thermal models to meet requirements of specified applications. Your design activities will include thermal modeling, AI modeling, particularly neural network modeling, parameter estimation, model reduction among others.
Your assignment
Develop and validate AI-driven thermal models for ASML scanner modules.
Translate performance specifications into design specification for modules and sub-modules.
Work cross-functionally and drive implementation of design best practices into product design.
Deliver clear technical documents, provide effective presentation and written evaluations to communicate concepts, designs, test results, etc.
Your profile
Must be pursuing a degree preferably from Electrical/Mechanical/Control Engineering or Physics with control background.
Experience with Matlab Simulink. Experience with Comsol and Ansys is a plus.
Must have good understanding of AI modeling methods, particularly Neural Networks (NN).
Must have good understanding of physics.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents.
This is a fulltime master graduation internship for 6 to 9 months, starting as soon as possible.
