Senior team lead, finance master data (mdm)

We're seeking an experienced Senior Team Lead, Finance Master Data to join our Finance Systems team. In this key role, you'll own our Finance Data Model, ensuring the highest standards of data integrity across all finance operations. You'll lead projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and maintain accurate, consistent, and reliable financial data to support informed decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead and mentor the MDM team, ensuring high data integrity and quality in financial systems.
• Act as a strategic partner, coordinating and leading master data projects.
• Drive continuous improvement in master data processes and provide data governance training.
• Translate business requirements into actionable tasks and resolve master data issues efficiently.
• Oversee daily master data activities, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all systems.

• Proven experience in Finance Master Data Management and Governance roles.
• Experience in a leadership or managerial capacity, with strong team mentorship skills.
• Solid knowledge of data management principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in challenging environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with all organizational levels.
• An understanding of how to leverage technology (systems and AI) to streamline processes.
