Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Customer Service Representative for Dow in Terneuzen.



In this role, you will:

  • Execute order entry and manage the order fulfillment process for complex, priority customer accounts
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dow’s products, services, and applications
  • Develop strong customer relationships, gather market intelligence, and understand customer needs
  • Coordinate activities at assigned customer accounts and proactively solve issues
  • Maintain service levels according to business priorities
  • Differentiate between customer requirements and Dow capabilities, choosing the best cost-effective solutions
  • Support commercial strategies with Dow customers across multiple businesses
  • Collaborate with internal partners such as Manufacturing, Marketing & Sales, and Supply Chain



What’s in it for you?

Functie-eisen

  • A bachelor’s degree (required)
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex processes in a high-volume, international environment
  • Excellent customer focus and collaboration skills across departments
  • Fluency in English in combination with Italian or German because of job duties
  • CS or logistics or supply chain experience
