As Education Trainer you'll focus on developing and delivering effective educational content tailored to specific sales channels. It involves planning training activities, creating and editing digital materials, and collaborating across departments to ensure smooth execution. With a flexible and open mindset, the role supports product launches, responds to internal and external training needs, and continuously improves educational tools to enhance learning impact.
Overall responsible for building knowledge on key categories and hero productsAdapt international programs to local needs/relevancyExecute retailer specific & affiliate specific programs instore, in classroom or via digital channelsBuild strong relationships with retailer counter parts and District Sales ManagersEnsure strong Brand DNA to drive brilliant brand execution in storeFollow Sales Performance and identify training needs within the sales team.Execute education needs following a top door strategyDevelop and implement online education programs for key retailersDevelop and implement in classroom & instore coaching programs for counter staff and generic staffDevelop and implement programs for branded content for social media such as How-To videos and/or live streaming.Collaborate with cross functional teams for executing in eventing (such as PR events, influencers appointments, in store eventing, etc)Have responsibility of choosing the best economically viable travel, hotel and catering for own trainingAlways be aware to order right amount and best profitable product for gift.Qualifications
