The role.
Oatey is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative Europe to join our team in Eijsden (NL). In this role, you will be responsible for a group of key European customers, ensuring excellent service from order entry to final delivery. You will process orders, prepare correspondence, resolve customer issues, and act as a trusted contact point. Working closely with colleagues from both Durgo and Lansas, you will help us achieve our customer service goals and objectives.

With a permanent contract: a 13th-month payment and a gross monthly salary between €3, and €4, (depending on age and experience). What will you do?
Serve as the primary contact for European customers via email, Teams calls, and phone;
Handle inquiries on products, prices, deliveries, and order details;
Coordinate issue resolution with internal partners and sales colleagues;
Enter and edit customer orders to ensure accuracy in pricing, shipping, and instructions;
Maintain customer profiles and follow up on complaints and delivery issues;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve service processes. About Oatey.

What does Oatey expect from you?
At least 5 years of experience in customer service, ideally in manufacturing;
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP/customer systems;
Familiarity with CRM systems (experience implementing a CRM is a plus);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other European languages are a bonus);
High School Diploma required; Undergraduate Degree preferred;
Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
