Key Objectives
- The E-Commerce Manager develops and manages all aspects of our own online store(s) and Amazon accounts and drives the adoption to realize corporate objectives and targets.
- To make the relationship with our end-users even better, we would like to serve them directly (direct-to-customer) in order to offer a seamless customer journey and a perfect buying experience.


Role & Responsibilities
- Subject matter expert in online store e-Commerce sales, campaign management and an in depth understanding of consumer and SME needs, expectations and online buying behaviors on both Amazon as well as our own platforms.- Accountable for the development and ongoing improvement of the online stores and online campaigns in order to drive improvements in demand generation, conversion and average order size
- Exhibits authoritative business, financial and legal acumen to develop meaningful business recommendations
- Uses online metrics to identify issues and opportunities and subsequently develop strategies and implement enhancements to increase sales performance.
- Uses competitive intelligence in account planning and sales activities to develop counter strategies that will neutralize competitive influence on the customers buying decisions
- Ability to work through an environment of constant change and effectively support the
country sales managers through transitions beyond their control


Operational Experience/Academic Qualification - Educated to degree level or equivalent and/or proven work experience within an online store (experience with Shopify is an advantage);
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in e-commerce sales (consumer electronics or otherwise).
- Experience managing online operations in both start-up and more complex environments.
- A track record of proven success in past positions (delivering e-Commerce online stores etc)
- Manage multiple projects and requests on a daily/weekly basis.
- Outgoing person who is capable of working with cross functional multicultural teams.
- An understanding of and experience in project management and general sales skills.
- Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
