INVISTA is op zoek naar een Maintenance Assistant die o.a. verantwoordelijk is voor diverse voorbereidende werkzaamheden voor de afdeling maintenance en het assisteren van de Technicians om op die manier bij te dragen aan een soepel verloop van onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Je zorgt ervoor dat de onderhoudsprocessen efficiënt worden uitgevoerd en draagt ook bij aan een soepel verloop van onze logistieke processen. Je bent onderdeel van de Maintenance afdeling en rapporteert aan de Mechanical Supervisor.
What You Will Do
Een Maintenance Assistant voert basisonderhoud uit in alle delen van de fabriek en kantoorgebouwen en assisteert de Technicians zodat onderhoudswerkzaamheden op een zo optimaal mogelijke manier verlopen. Enkele belangrijke taken zijn onder meer het uitvoeren van kleine reparaties aan gebouwen, bedrijfsapparatuur of -gereedschap, schilderwerkzaamheden en isolatiewerkzaamheden. Verder ben je bezig met het ondersteunen van de Technicians, denk hierbij aan sleutelwerkzaamheden in de fabriek, heftruck werkzaamheden of klein onderhoud in de werkplaats. Tevens zul je de storekeeper assisteren met alle voorkomende magazijnwerkzaamheden.

What does your day look like?
A Maintenance Assistant performs basic maintenance throughout the factory and office buildings and assists the Technicians to ensure maintenance activities proceed as optimally as possible. Key tasks include small repairs on buildings, company equipment or tools, painting, and insulation work. Additionally, you assist Technicians with tasks such as key operations in the plant, forklift driving, or minor maintenance in the workshop. You will also support the storekeeper with various warehouse duties.
Your responsibilities
•Performing painting tasks in all areas of the factory and offices.
• Carrying out plant maintenance as instructed by the Mechanical Technicians.
• Performing routine facility inspections to identify potential issues that may require repair or maintenance.
• Assembling and installing fixtures such as shelves, curtains, and cabinets.
• Providing administrative recording and reporting as requested.
• Responsible for performing short-term insulation work and scaffold building to ensure smooth maintenance activities.
• Performing, assisting with, or coordinating cleaning activities in and around the plant.
