Job Description

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products
Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

Design, develop, debug, and maintain RESTful APIs using Python and Django.
Analyze and understand existing codebases, and propose refactoring strategies to improve structure, performance, and maintainability.
Ensure smooth and secure data exchange between front-end and back-end systems.
Optimize API performance, security, and scalability to meet production-grade standards.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and provide ongoing technical support.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Python and Django.
Hands-on experience with Django REST Framework (DRF) for API development.
Proven expertise in API debugging, optimization, and database management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Experience with or exposure to CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Expertise in application refactoring, including the ability to understand legacy codebases and rewrite Python applications from scratch as needed.
