Employee Relations Officer

We want to grow our brand, and we arecurrently looking for a passionate Employee Relations Officer to help usdo that. In this position, you will be the first point of contact of ouremployees working in hotels, restaurants, and holiday parks. What you’ll do:

·         Focusingon managing the relationship between our external employees and the company,including conflict resolution and employee grievances.

·        Actingas the primary point of contact for our external employees, addressing their enquiries and concerns.

·        Providingassistance and support to external employees, including in their onboarding andoffboarding.

·        Providingpolicy and procedure guidelines to our external employees.

·        Helpingwith organisational development and supporting management in solvingorganisational, people- and change-related issues.

·        Maintaininga talent pipeline by developing strong relationships with our external employees.

 

What we look for in a new colleague:

·        Bachelor’sdegree in a relevant subject

·        Atleast 1 year of experience (preferably worked directly with people)

·        Knowledgeof Dutch Labour Law is a plus

·        Enjoyworking with people on a daily basis

·        Abilityto manage several projects/priorities at the same time in a fast-pacedenvironment

·        Creativeand resourceful problem-solver, who is able to think out of the box

·        Patient,active listener, with a hands-on mindset

·        Ableto read the needs of the staff and the different situations

·        Strongorganisational skills, attention to details, and able to multitask

·        Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills in English

·        Fluencyin another EU language preferred.
