At our client, we're seeking for a driven First Line Support Engineer to spearhead problem-solving initiatives and ensure optimal performance of ASML NXE and EXE (EUV) systems. This role is pivotal in maintaining high operational standards and driving innovation in our production processes.

  • Deliver first-line technical support to resolve complex issues promptly.
  • Coordinate follow-up actions to minimize cycle time impact.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and D&E to prevent issue recurrence.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing to enhance the self-support capability of the first-line team.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects.
  • Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Technical degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or (Applied) Physics.
  • Experience in a production environment with complex technical products, preferably in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • 0-2 years of proven experience in analyzing complex problems, or recent graduates with strong affinity for production and troubleshooting.
  • Strong team player with excellent social and communication skills.
  • Pragmatic attitude with a proactive and initiative-driven approach.
  • Ability to handle stress and high sense of responsibility.
  • Good organizational skills and proficiency in English communication (spoken and written).
