Extract and transform data from source systems to create databases for use by data analysts in PowerBI.
Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure, currently on AWS, with plans to transition to Azure.
Ensure robust ETL processes that withstand changes without breaking.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure synchronized operations andmunicate changes effectively.
Handle statistical analysis of key features, client data, and financial transactions.
Maintain the integrity and timeliness of reporting to support ABN stakeholders.
Proactively address challenges and implement continuous improvements in data processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical IT disciplines (HBO/WO level).
5 years of experience in a similar data engineering role, including managing stakeholders outside your team and implementing best practices effectively.
Ability to establish data pipelines with a focus on best practices, readability, and structured work processes.
Strongmunication skills with the ability to integrate social aspects into interactions.
Proficient in AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
Knowledge of programming languages such as PySpark (AWS Glue), Go, Python, SQL, and TypeScript (Amazon CDK).
Expertise in building cloud infrastructure, designing and orchestrating ETL pipelines, creating connections between systems, and utilizing CI/CD processes (GitHub).
