As a Customer Success Representative at Monday Merch, you will be the key figure in monitoring large merch projects, ensuring the seamless coordination of various departments. From orders to production, warehouse management, and logistics, you'll oversee the entire process to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve close collaboration with both the client and internal teams to make sure everything is delivered on time, on spec, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage large account projects, overseeing every stage from order placement to final delivery.

  • Coordinate across departments (production, logistics, warehouse) to ensure all aspects of the project are executed smoothly.

  • Ensure project timelines are met and proactively resolve any issues or delays that arise.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the client, providing regular updates and ensuring all their needs are met.

  • Problem-solve creatively, working with different departments to resolve issues quickly and keep projects on track.

  • Direct customer interaction via phone and email, delivering exceptional service and support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project / customer succes / account management.

  • Work 5 days per week from our Rotterdam office.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Thrive in a digital, fast-paced working environment.

  • You're a university-level thinker, no matter what you studied.
