Are you a passionate data enthusiast with a knack for unearthing valuable Marketing insights? Do you thrive on translating complex data into actionable recommendations that drive business growth? If so, we want you on our Global Customer Intelligence Team!
As a Senior Customer Intelligence Analyst, and a vital part of our Marketing department, you won't just be analyzing data – you'll be transforming it into actionable insights that drive significant business impact. You'll analyze various data sources to identify opportunities for increasing customer engagement and frequency, contributing to initiatives that enhance customer experience and business performance. You'll work collaboratively across departments, helping to bring your insights to life.

Conduct in-depth analyses using engagement, customer, transactional, and external data to uncover actionable insights.
Translate findings into clear narratives and present them to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
Contribute to the development and improvement of our statistical models and analytical methodologies.
Support the evaluation of propositions and campaigns using rigorous statistical practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product) to implement insights and drive impactful projects.
Assist in championing the use of customer data throughout the organization.
What will you bring to the table?
Proven experience in customer marketinganalytics, with a demonstrated ability to deliver meaningful insights.
Solid understanding of statistical concepts and analytical techniques.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data to business challenges.
Adept at translating data findings into clear and concise communication for diverse audiences.
In depth knowledge of relevant analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau/Looker).
A university degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and international environment with a proactive and curious mindset.
