As a cook, you will contribute to delivering exceptional culinary experiences in a dynamic kitchen environment. You’ll take ownership of your station, ensuring every dish meets high standards of taste and presentation. Working closely with a collaborative team, you’ll help shape an inspiring menu while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. What You Will Do:

  • Prepare: cook and present dishes that align with our quality standards and delight our guests.
  • Maintain: keep your station clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate: work seamlessly with the team to ensure smooth service and mentor junior kitchen staff when needed.
  • Optimize: monitor portion control, reduce food waste, and assist with stock rotation and inventory management.
  • Innovate: contribute creative ideas for new dishes and elevate the presentation of our menu offerings.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for a passionate cook with strong organizational skills.

  • 2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen;
  • EU work authorization;
  • MBO level 3-4 vocational education in hospitality;
  • Eager to learn and master new cooking techniques;
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage tasks efficiently.
