Role


The Project Manager Research Solutions is responsible the project engineering and project management that is required for the installation of our research solutions. The engineering and installation of customer projects requires close coordination with teams inside and outside the organization and covers different commercial, logistical and technical domains. You will successfully coordinate those activities and aim for the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your experience will also be relevant in the pre-sales phase by joining the customer solution team to support with technical and infrastructural questions. 

Responsibilities

  • Managing and ensuring the success of customer projects with well planned and executed engineering and project management?
  • Supporting our Sales Consultants in presenting the best product solution to our clients that will establish, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationship?
  • Travelling to our customers and planning on-site installations together with the global and regional teams?
  • Ensuring a seamless handover with all people involved in the different stages of a project, from pre-sales, to Engineering, Project fulfillment, Customer Success and Support Managers?
  • Maintaining high quality customer service on all inbound, outbound and email communication?
  • Closing the feedback loop for potential product improvements and ideas to the Product Manager?
  • Ensuring and fostering transparent and efficient communication and reporting within the organization?

    • Requirements

  • A BSc in Engineering.
  • + years of experience in project management and engineering, preferably for medical devices.
  • Knowledge in one or more of the following technical domains: Application support, ICT, electronics, audio/video.
  • Great ability to work independently as well as in a team and to familiarize quickly with new topics.
  • Good command in English, both in writing and speaking.
  • A Driver’s license and are willing to travel -% if needed.
