Grab your coffee, chat with your colleagues, and get to work! As a Production Worker, you ensure that your production line runs smoothly. You plan everything down to the last detail, ensuring the team and materials are ready on time. Machine settings and line adjustments are also your responsibility; you can easily switch between them and solve minor technical issues on your own. It may be cold in production (2 to 4 degrees), but no worries! We’ll keep you warm with the right gear. And don't forget to enjoy our famous free soup during breaks—it’s delicious!

Your most important tasks: 

  • Keep the production line running efficiently
  • Ensure quality and hygiene standards are met
  • Monitor the quality of the chicken products and report any irregularities
  • Keep your workspace spotless by the end of the day

  • Salary between €2400 and €3000 gross, depending on age and experience

  • No specific education required; you’ll learn everything on the job!
  • Some experience as a production worker, machine operator, or line operator is a plus
  • Willing to work one Saturday every 3 weeks
  • Basic command of Dutch is required
