Are you passionate about process improvement and quality management and looking to make real impact? Join our team as a Junior Consultant for Quality Management (Internship ) and play a key role in helping our organization obtain ISO 9001 certification. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building and implementing a Quality Management System , process mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with international standards. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders at Brainboss to help elevate our operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops for ISO awareness across departments
Work closely with various departments to ensure QMS implementation and compliance
Support the certification audit preparation, including evidence collection and audit logistics
Conduct gap analyses against ISO 9001 standards and propose improvements
Document and optimise business processes
Help develop and refine quality policies, procedures, and manuals
Participate in internal audits and corrective action planning
Contribute to stakeholder workshops and training sessions
Track project milestones and prepare reports for leadership
Research industry best practices and propose improvement ideas
Are a Bachelor's or Master's student in your final stage of studying in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Are fluent in English (C1) and preferably Dutch.
Are familiar with ISO 9001 and quality systems (prior coursework or projects is a plus)
Enjoy working in a structured, process-driven environment
Have basic knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies (a plus!)
Have a keen interest in quality management systems and ISO
Are assertive and have strong communication and analytical skills.
Are highly organized and detail-oriented.
Are a team player and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Have a proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
