The Role

Working within Global AFH Capabilities Team you will be accountable for

  • Ensure alignment of strategic agenda between our AFH culinary & commercial teams globally
  • Align best in class routines between commercial and culinary teams and deploy globally
  • Establish consistent KPI’s to measure the results delivered by KH culinary teams. Deploy methodology globally and track and measure success.
  • Ensure we execute the chef led model with excellence & consistency globally. Build and deploy toolkits as an enabler.
  • Define the value our culinary teams can create to support our overall innovation agenda. Build a plan to drive capabilities and create a methodology to track and measure success.
  • Building career plan for global culinary teams. Ensuring insight to the culinary teams of career progression opportunities and the skills required to progress
  • Define the role our culinary teams play supporting our brand activations in AFH e.g. Heinz Selection
  • Support strategy to unlock global partnerships across key AFH customers
  • Represent Kraft Heinz in external audiences e.g. conferences, industry events
  • Key Partners

  • R&D culinary chefs and commercial chefs both centrally & in BU’s
  • Commercial chef in market
  • AFH Global LT & AFH Country Leads
  • AFH sales lead
  • Experience Required

  • Strong sales experience across multiple channels. Experience understanding how we create value for our commercial partners and build mutually beneficial joint value plans.
  • Communication skills to listen, understand and influence key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Skills to be able to identify and execute best in class ways of working across large multi-functional global teams
  • Strong understanding of financials, budgets and P&L’s. Ability to identify and track KPI’s
  • Preferable to have experience working with culinary teams / chefs

  • AFH NSV, GP & Market Share
  • Innovation as a % of Net Sales
  • AFH Strat plan to deliver 3 YP & 10 YS. Ensuring plan includes 5% of NSV is delivered through Innovation.
  • Establishing methodology to track and measure the success of chef network in a consistent manner globally
