For a children's fashion store in Roermond, we are looking for an enthusiastic Shop Manager.

Responsibilities - Shopmanager Kid's Fashion

As a Shop Manager, you are responsible for:

  • Leading the team and creating a positive working atmosphere;
  • Acting as the point of contact for both customers and colleagues;
  • Taking full responsibility for all financial processes, including the cash register and back office;
  • Identifying and actively responding to commercial opportunities on the shop floor;
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organized store;
  • Staff scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and assigning daily tasks;
  • Managing KPI's.

    What you bring:

  • Leadership experience in retail/fashion;
  • Knowledge of financial administration;
  • Commercial awareness;
  • Experience with KPI's and conducting analyses;
  • Experience in coaching and supporting a team;
  • Fluency in English written and spoken.
