Position Overview:
As a Data Centre Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the operational integrity of a cutting-edge data centre. Working in a mission-critical environment, you’ll ensure uninterrupted power and optimal performance through expert maintenance, fault diagnosis, and adherence to strict operational standards and managing the onsite maintenance teams

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
Day to Day supervision of the operations Team
High Voltage (HV) Switching and management.
Performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks.
Working on Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) electrical systems.
Rapidly diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimise downtime.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure all systems meet operational standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a high-pressure, dynamic environment. Candidate Profile
Proven experience in electrical engineering, preferably in critical environments such as data centres, hospitals, or industrial facilities.
Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, UPS systems, and emergency power systems.
Relevant technical certifications or qualifications (e.g., HV/LV Switching).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Previous Supervisory experience
