We're Hiring: Business Development Manager
Location: Field-based (at customer sites), 1 day/week from home

What you’ll do:
Be the face of CooperVision in your territory, forging meaningful relationships with customers.Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through consultative selling.Execute strategic territory and customer business plans to meet annual sales targets.Deliver joint value through customer journey planning, staff training, and tailored solutions.Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service and support.Represent CooperVision at industry events, seminars, and exhibitions.What you bring:
3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in medical devices, FMCG, or retail.Proven track record in territory sales and customer business planning.Strong commercial mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and customer-centric approach.Excellent communication and presentation skills (Dutch & English).Proficiency in , MS Office, and ideally Showpad.Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Economics, Business Administration, or Optometry.Work Environment:
