Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Service Desk Specialist for a company in Amsterdam.



As a Technology Concierge, you will:

  • Welcome and assist employees visiting the Technology Concierge desk
  • Help colleagues with computer and access issues
  • Support meeting room and conference technology (AV systems)
  • Reimage laptops and deploy them to end users following internal procedures
  • Troubleshoot and report IT incidents in ServiceNow
  • Provide basic training on end-user tools and digital workplace solutions
  • Collaborate closely with your team to share knowledge and continuously improve processes
