AFH Channel Key Account Lead will be responsible for executing channel plans and AFH channel strategy (McKinsey).
Focus will be on delivering the annual operating plan 2025.
• Delivering the channel AOP sales volumes, revenues, profitability and market share targets across AFH priority channels and Customers• Leads the Channel sales team and provide ongoing coaching, feedback and formal training to direct reports to support his/her in the achievement of their individual targets and to develop their skills & capabilities.• Responsible for winning QSR/restaurant accounts and set up & execute strategic partnerships. • Execute and optimize, in cooperation with the Perfect Store team, the short- & long-term Strategic channel plans for the customers including focused investment strategy securing the double digit growth ambition• Primary contact for specific sector channel responsibilities and wiring on European level with other BU’s regarding international or European deals within the priority channels and customers

1. BusinessManagement of the business related to the customer portfolio. More precisely:- Deliver AOP (Volume, Net revenue, NOPBT) objectives for total categories (Savoury – Quaker) within budget - Identify and capture QSR business opportunities, execute and search for new strategic partnerships within Restaurants channel - Track results of team and individually in ‘system’ and be able of giving insights on results on daily basis - Building strong wiring plans internally (shopper- & marketing connection) and externally (via networking) - Drive the y2-y3 channel Plans with strong focus on key priority channels and customers (long term partnership)- Negotiation, implementation and follow up of the Annual Agreements- Profound AFH understanding (background, account structure, customer strategy, international dealing, etc.) - Use market data (FSIN Customer data,…) to communicate conclusions to the appropriate parties
2. Organization- Contribute during all sales meetings in order to share the channels point of view (customers strategy, tactics implications, …) - Lead of the sales AFH channel team and treat it as your own company- Use New business customers opportunities to support the marketing and shopper marketing team kpi’s- Link with Global/sector team to drive European customer sales ( Subway)
