Overview Senior Digital Operations Specialist (Europe DTC) Are you a hands-on Digital Operations Specialist with an eye for detail and a passion for flawless customer journeys? Join us as our Senior Digital Operations Specialist and be the engine behind our European DTC websites, ensuring every product launch, promotion, and content update delivers excellence - and drives performance. You will report to the Sr. Ecommerce DTC Manager for Europe. In this role, your primary partners will include DTC, Brand Marketing, Media, Social, Product Marketing and Operations, as well as external agencies. Responsibilities As the Senior Digital Ops Specialist, you will: Own the everyday execution of our DTC web presence: content, product catalogs, category management, stock, coupon code and promotions Lead product launch processes (PPL = Perfect Product Launch) end to end, including phase-ins and phase-outs Serve as the bridge between business goals and creative execution: briefing design teams, reviewing assets, aligning timelines Execute on pricing and promotional strategies in collaboration with commercial team Work cross-functionally (Brand Marketing, Media, CRM, Social, Operations, external agencies) to deliver a seamless end-to-end consumer experience Monitor performance, report insights, and continuously iterate to optimize Be proactive in identifying issues (bugs, UX gaps, search problems) and working with dev/IT partners to resolve them Work daily on CMS, PIM, search tool and project management tools Support rollouts of new DTC sites in Europe, and assist with customer-facing site order issues when needed What you’ll be accountable for: Commercial & Promotional Execution Weekly / monthly oversight of pricing (RRP, promos, markdowns) Synced stock coordination with Operations to avoid no stock or out of stock Promotion execution: discount code creation, promo setup, bundles, gift with purchase, etc. Website & Content Management Ensure product readiness for NPDs (new product launch) such as copy, translations, product galleries, masterdata, etc. Launch and merchandise new SKUs and categories Digital visual merchandising for PLPs (Product listing page) Create, update and optimize landing pages to support new products or campaigns Continuously refresh site creative (banners & modules) Improve onsite search, filtering, navigation and site features Support on A/B testing and UX experiments Benchmark competitor sites, propose feature enhancements, and execute improvements Help support new DTC market rollouts in Europe Qualifications What we’re looking for: Experience & Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business, Economics, or related) 3–5 years (or more) in an ecommerce / digital operations role, within a DTC environment Proven track record executing product launches, content ops, promotions, and on-site optimization Comfortable navigating and influencing within a matrix organization Experience with CMS / ecommerce platforms such as Magento, Salesforce, Shopify Skills & Attributes Meticulous attention to detail - you catch what others miss Extremely well organized, reliable, proactive Strong communicator: you can explain complex issues clearly in written and verbal English (and preferably another European language) Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a rapid environment and still deliver quality Project management mindset: meets deadlines, tracks deliverables, stays within budget Problem solver: you don’t wait for others to fix issues Passion for continuous improvement, strong commercial mindset International outlook - comfortable working across markets and cultures
