What You'll Do:

Join the Travel Client Strategy, Emerging EMEA team and play a key role in delivering impactful digital advertising campaigns for some of the world’s leading travel brands. You‘ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support campaigns from initial planning through to post-campaign analysis, ensuring seamless execution and measurable results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support for travel clients in close collaboration with Account Strategists (AS) and Client Partner. Develop a deep understanding of the AS portfolio and contribute to account growth.
  • Lead the operational setup and execution of campaigns, ensure efficient, accurate, and timely delivery aligned with client KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, proactively implement optimisations across budget, targeting, tactics, and creative to exceed client objectives.
  • Act as the first point of contact for reporting and short-term optimisations. Join weekly client calls and QBRs, supporting the AS in delivering insights and recommendations.
  • Translate data and market trends into actionable recommendations. Offer strategic recommendations to drive revenue growth and product adoption.
  • Manage the setup of ad campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and platform best practices.
  • Oversee inventory management and deliver custom reporting. Present campaign results clearly and insightfully to clients.
  • Lead the execution of new campaign launches. Respond to RFPs and forecast campaign outcomes with data-driven rationale.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Product, Tech Support, AX, Creative) and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, attend trainings, and contribute to knowledge sharing and process enhancements.
  • Who You Are:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using digital marketing and analytics platforms (e.g Excel, Google Analytics, Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
