Qualifying questions- Are you a qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction (UK, Singapore, US, Canada, Australia or New Zealand)?
- Do you have 3-5 years’ experience reviewing, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts across multiple jurisdictions?
- Have you worked in a multinational environment with strong exposure to procurement and supplier agreements?
What you’ll do- Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts for production and non-production spend, including raw materials, packaging, manufacturing, logistics, media/IT and warehousing
- Advise procurement professionals on supplier and third-party relationships, including the resolution of disputes
- Identify and manage compliance risks in anti-bribery, competition, sanctions and data privacy
- Develop tools and processes to support procurement in managing risks in assessments, tenders and negotiations
What you’ll bring- Qualification to practise law in a common law jurisdiction (UK, Singapore, US, Canada, Australia or New Zealand preferred)
- 3-5 years’ experience in commercial contract review, negotiation and drafting, ideally across multiple jurisdictions
- Native-level spoken and written English
- Experience in a multinational environment, ideally with UK/Europe/North America exposure
- Strong stakeholder management, oral and written communication skills
- Robust legal and commercial acumen
