We’re looking for experienced Manager level SAP Consultants who love solving complex problems, connecting business with technology, and guiding organizations through real transformation journeys. Location: Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands.
What you’ll do
- Lead high-impact SAP transformation projects
- Act as the bridge between clients and delivery teams
- Keep operations sharp—managing contracts, finances, and project data
- Ensure master data is accurate and driving real value
- Integrate SAP across finance, procurement, sales, and operations
- Run audits, validations, and performance checks
- Solve data challenges before they become roadblocks
- Foster collaboration and confidently delegate
- Champion continuous improvements in data quality and processes
What you bring
- A degree in business, IT, engineering, or a digital-related field
- 8+ years of SAP implementation experience with leadership exposure
- A balance of strategic vision + hands-on delivery
- Strong BI and SI knowledge
- Workshop facilitation and senior stakeholder engagement skills
- Expertise in one or more SAP modules (Supply Chain or Finance), e.g.:
- MM, SD, PP, WM, EWM, TM, LE
- APO / IBP
- Ariba & S/4HANA Supply Chain
- FICO
- Fluency in Dutch & English
- Willingness to work from Amsterdam and travel across the Netherlands (and occasionally beyond)
