You’ll Also Lead From The Front
In your first 6–9 months, you’ll be closing key strategic deals alongside AEs, especially in new verticals or regions. Not only to build pipelines but to set the tone, earn trust, and bring first-hand insight that helps you lead and scale smarter.
What You Bring
Required Experience
5+ years as VP Sales in B2B SaaS, with experience scaling from €10M to €25M+ ARR
Track record managing sales teams of 15+ across multiple markets and time zones
Expertise in complex, consultative sales with 12-18 month cycles
US market knowledge (or US native with international experience)
Familiarity with East Coast time zones and openness to Amsterdam relocation
Existing network in the higher education or government education sectors
Leadership Qualities
Data-driven decision maker who balances metrics with relationship building
Coach and mentor who develops talent while driving accountability
Cross-cultural communicator effective in both the US and European business environments
Mission-driven leader passionate about education's transformative power
