Purpose
You perform activities as assigned to support the performance of Company operations in line with the Company Quality Policy, Management System and applicable Industry Standards.Responsibilities
You have a basic knowledge and understanding of the Company’s Management System and ways-of-working. You provide support to the Operations Management teams in relation to the Management System. You perform quality systems and assurance activities as assigned. You contribute to investigations as assigned. You support the monitoring and timely completion of corrective actions. You support external assurance activities, including certification audits, as assigned. You support the interface with key Stakeholders, such as Clients, Partners, and Certification Bodies. You maintain registers and records up-to-date. You act as the ‘Ambassador’ of the Quality and Excellence functions, and as ‘Champion’ of the Company’s Management System (GEMS). You communicate effectively and collaborate with all Stakeholders.Education
Qualification in a relevant technical or operational fieldExperience
