Instapro (part of Angi Inc., NASDAQ: ANGI), a dynamic international tech company with offices in London, Amsterdam, Aix-en-Provence, Berlin, and Toronto, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of FP&A to join our finance team. You will report to the CFO and play a crucial role in driving best-in-class financial performance, collaborating with senior management and various departments across our international organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecasting and Analysis: Oversee the company’s P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasting process
  • Forecasting and Analysis: Manage, maintain, and improve core financial models, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Forecasting and Analysis: Design more efficient, automated processes, and uphold best practices
  • Ad Hoc Analytical Assignments: Lead frequent and complex ad hoc analytical assignments, demonstrating a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Business Performance Assessment: Proactively assess, track, and report business performance against financial, strategic, and operational goals
  • Business Performance Assessment: Analyse and digest financial information and KPIs to provide meaningful and actionable insights to the senior leadership team and other key stakeholders
  • Strategic Financial Support: Provide ongoing support to senior management and departmental teams on key projects, initiatives, and strategic decisions
  • Strategic Financial Support: Drive disciplined cost management by identifying opportunities to optimise spend, reduce overhead, and improve operational efficiency
  • Team Management and Collaboration: Manage and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals through mentorship, coaching, and honest feedback to ensure professional development
  • Team Management and Collaboration: Develop strong relationships across the organisation, both domestic and international, provide support to other departments as needed, and foster financial literacy across the company

Job requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in finance or other quantitative discipline
  • 10+ years of finance experience, including 2+ years in investment banking or consulting and 4+ years in FP&A or commercial finance
  • Experience managing junior finance professionals, able to work and manage complex projects with minimal direct supervision
  • Excellent Excel and Google Sheets proficiency required
  • Familiarity with analytical tools (Looker) and financial systems (Essbase, PBCS) is a plus
  • Attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to getting the numbers right
  • Evidence-based, highly analytical and metrics-driven with the ability to think deeply about business problems, break down issues, and present clear solutions
  • A willingness to work hard, dive into the details, and work side-by-side with team members to get things done; not just a leader but a doer
  • A high degree of business maturity and ability to communicate effectively to senior management levels; excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in an internationally distributed, remote-first team environment
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
