About the job

Do you want to help us build and nurture an environment where our people can thrive? We’ve got just the job for you! As our People & Culture Partner you’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience at Equalture. From onboarding new team members to talent development and making sure day-to-day HR operations run smoothly, you’ll be the go-to person for everything people-related. With a team of 25 colleagues (and growing), you’ll ensure that our culture remains strong while we scale. You’ll be working closely with our leadership team and will be reporting directly to our Founders.


Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of all People Operations (contracts, events, surveys, employee administration etc.).
  • Managing the full employee lifecycle: from onboarding and development to offboarding.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all People & Culture questions in the team.
  • Supporting managers with performance reviews, feedback cycles & talent development planning for their team members
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies, contracts, and legislation.
  • Optimise HR foundations: keep the processes we’ve designed clear, fair and efficient
  • Leading recruitment processes together with the hiring managers.
  • Driving initiatives around employee engagement, wellbeing, and company culture to keep our mission alive
  • Ensure a smooth employee experience: make day-to-day work frictionless and support wellbeing, inclusion and belonging

About you

It’s important to really understand what companies fit our vision and aim to turn the recruitment market upside down. You’re empathic and constantly seeking ways to make sure people understand both the ‘why’ and ‘how’. And the most important thing: our colleagues love working with you.



  • You preferably speak Dutch (C2 or near native) and English fluently (hard requirement);
  • You are NL-based (hard requirement);
  • You have managed HR processes already in the past (if you’re a People Operations Specialist, ready to step up - you’re also very welcome to apply!);
  • You’re detail oriented while also being flexible;
  • You want to make the world a better place by reducing bias and discrimination in the hiring process;
  • You love communicating and helping your amazing colleagues to be successful in their role - because that’s what HR is all about.
