Description

What will I be doing?

Working to deliver exceptional results by sourcing and hiring top talent, and enhancing TA processes and capabilities. This is an FTC project initially for 6 months, with a strong likelihood of continuation due to our long-standing client relationships.

Your technical expertise, agility, professionalism, dedication, 'can do' attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile will be key to your success.

The role focuses on delivering a superb client and candidate experience, enhancing our client and Join Talent's brand. It is best suited for a Talent Partner with Corporate or Government experience, understanding processes and stakeholder engagement.

Defensive-industry experience is highly desirable, and Security Clearance will be required.

Typical activities include:

  • Developing and gaining buy-in for the project strategy, including EBM, sourcing, channels, assessment, and onboarding.
  • Building strong relationships with client stakeholders—Hiring Managers, Leadership, HR, TA—positioning Join Talent as a trusted partner.
  • Create and post job adverts following client brand guidelines and managing applications professionally.
  • Direct sourcing for suitable candidates, active and passive.
  • Attending panel interviews and guiding stakeholders through the process.
  • Assisting Hiring Managers and Recruiters with long lists.
  • Managing the candidate journey professionally and candidate-centrically.

Role Requirements

  • Global talent acquisition experience is essential.
  • Proficiency with ATS and other client/project systems.
  • Ability to write updates and analyze relevant data.
  • Awareness of market trends and competitors.
  • Adherence to company standards on values and ethics.
  • Positive attitude that inspires colleagues and clients.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience recruiting for multinational corporations or government entities is advantageous.
  • Full-lifecycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
  • Strong selling, negotiating, and closing skills.
  • Proven stakeholder management in complex environments.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented.
