Our Senior S&OP Analyst will be located at our Amsterdam office. This role will be a 1-year fixed-term contract with the potential to transition to a permanent contract based on performance. Visit our to learn more about Tyson Foods!

Function:

The S&OP department contributes to optimizing business revenues, costs and working capital, by matching demand with our supply capabilities and securing an uninterrupted Order to Cash process.

This role is responsible and acts as a linking pin between other departments, such as Commercial Sales Analysts, Procurement, Inbound Logistics, Customs, Operations, Replenishment, and Customer Service.

This role will be a 1-year fixed-term contract with the potential to transition to a permanent contract based on performance.

Main Responsibilities

  •  Responsible to balance the demand and the supply for short, mid, and long term to ensure the business meets the agreed customer service level targets at minimum operating cost and optimum stock level;Provides input to procurement and collaborates to build an optimum supply planning from external suppliers;Collaborates with Tyson manufacturing entities to ensure the correct supply planning is created;Coordinate with Business stakeholders product shortage, conflicts related to product availability or excess inventory to ensure the optimum overall outcome for the company, minimum customer disruption and keep inventories under control;Responsible for the Supply Review meeting : planning, preparation and communication of the actions and decisions agreed during the meeting; Document and follow up the decisions taken during the Supply review meeting;Preparing, planning, communicating and revising the supply planning and inventory Quarterly cycle and Annual Budget process;Accountable for the correct and timely maintenance of the planning parameters as inventory policies, lead times, for the portfolio assigned;Responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the tools used to create the supply planning;
  • Develops and maintain business process documentation and procedures for supply process;
  • Drive improvements related to system upgrade or process optimization, showing the capability to coordinate between different functions when necessary
  • Participate and coordinate various improvement projects related to cost optimization or other business results targets.
  • Education:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain
  • Supply chain certifications as CPIM preferred
  • Work Experience:

  • 5 years or more of relevant working experience in a supply chain, manufacturing environment or finance role
  • Experience in dealing with different levels of the organization from operational levels to Senior managers levels

  • SAP, preferable SAP Hanna
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office
