Job Description Regional Merchandiser - Temporary

Your responsibilities are to:

  • Assist in the communication of product needs from the regional markets to the global product teams, ensuring that assortments align with regional market demand;
  • Support the team in range planning, helping to ensure products are available and aligned with the overall product strategy for the region;
  • Support the gathering and analyzing data related to product needs, including sell-in, sell-out data, market trends and customer insights;
  • Help to create and distribute sales tools and materials to market to support the effective promotion and sales of products;
  • Assist with the management of product lifecycle tasks such as product updates, phase-outs and maintaining product availability;
  • Collaboration with the commercial teams, assisting with the coordination of product rollouts and launches;
  • Act as a partner across the business to ensure cross-functional alignment and support commercial success across the business.

    The Ideal candidate has:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior;
  • Deep understanding of merchandising software (e.g., SAP, Excel) to track and manage product assortments;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact between both regional and global teams;
  • Able to work in a fast paced, matrix based, challenging environment;
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising or Retail (preferred).
