Are you ready to lead offshore operations from the shore? We’re seeking a Rig Manager for an offshore operating company with multiple platforms in operation. This role blends strategic leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on operational oversight.

• Oversee the safe and efficient operation of offshore units, coordinating with onshore teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Make key operational decisions within budget and contractual requirements.
• Lead and mentor offshore crews, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance always.
• Manage projects, rig moves, maintenance, and technical improvements.
• Serve as the onshore link to all stakeholders, translating operational challenges into actionable solutions.

• Strong background in industrial or offshore operations, process management, or technical leadership.
• Proven experience managing teams and complex operations, with the ability to make confident decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on understanding of operational safety, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• Flexible, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
