Shape the Future of Frontline Talent at PepsiCo

At PepsiCo, we thrive on bold thinking, agility, and innovation. Through our PepsiCo Positive (pep+) transformation, sustainability is at the heart of our mission to create value while inspiring positive change for the planet and its people.

This is more than a job – it’s an opportunity to make an impact. As a Frontline Recruiter, you will play a key role in shaping our workforce by attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent for our frontline operations.

If you’re process-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about building strong relationships, this is your opportunity to grow with a global leader.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Be a Talent Partner - Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and operational leaders to understand business needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for frontline roles.
  • Drive High-Volume Recruitment - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles in manufacturing, warehousing, retail, or sales — ensuring speed, quality, and a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Deliver Process Excellence - Ensure full compliance with recruitment standards, data accuracy, and consistency across systems (ATS/CRM). Apply structured assessment and behavioral interviewing techniques to make data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Partner Across Locations - Work flexibly across both our plants (Utrecht & Broek op Langedijk) and travel regularly between sites to maintain close relationships with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement - Use recruitment data and market insights to refine sourcing strategies, improve time-to-hire, and elevate overall process efficiency.
  • Engage and Attract Talent - Use creative sourcing techniques such as job fairs, social media, community partnerships, and referrals to attract both active and passive candidates. Leverage PepsiCo’s strong employer brand to bring our EVP to life in every interaction.

  • Why You’ll Love Working Here:
