You will be working within our Commercial Excellence Team, which means that you will be actively involved in managing the Personal, Home and Beauty Care assortment listed at retailers all over the Netherlands. In this hands-on internship you will assist our Category Managers in their daily tasks while developing a broad range of skills. Your responsibilities vary between building shelf plans, evaluating shelf mutation moments and translating consumer and market data from many sources into actionable insights. The results of your work are immediately visible and tangible when shopping in the supermarket or drug stores.

- Monitor assortment and shelf strategy for the assigned categories and key retailers.
- Collaborating on client specific growth plans, based on consumer, shopper- & customer insights.

 What makes you a good fit- Academic degree in Management, Economics, Marketing or similar (enrolled now/fresh graduate).
 Affinity with Marketing and Consumer Goods.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and feel comfortable with data analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Package, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
- Analytical, creative, persistent and result driven person with excellent communication skills.
- Team-player who thinks in terms of solutions and feels full responsibility for the outcome of their job.
- Available for 5-6 months full-time as of February 2026
