Your main responsibility is to operate and monitor packaging machines, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards.In this fast-paced production environment, you’ll be responsible for maintaining equipment, keeping the production line running smoothly, and resolving any technical issues that arise.Your main duties include:
Safely and efficiently operating packaging machines
Conducting quality checks to maintain product standards
Performing regular maintenance on machinery
This is a full-time position primarily during weekdays, though occasional weekend shifts may be required—with additional pay provided.The work is organized in a 3-shift rotation (Monday to Friday):
Morning shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.
Afternoon shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:45 p.m.
Night shift: 10:00 p.m. – 6:45 a.m.

Previous production experience, ideally within the food industry or in an operator role
Skilled in operating and troubleshooting packaging machinery
Strong command of spoken English
Ability to work with precision and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Wat wij bieden
Hourly wage: starting from €18-19 per hour
Shift allowance: +14% for 2-shift schedule / +19% for 3-shift schedule
Additional pay: +30% for Saturday shifts, +100% for public holidays
Vacation allowance: 8%
