Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.

Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is build in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, and more countries soon, love running on Tebi.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and strategy for our core Insights across our product, ensuring Tebi's merchants have the real-time, actionable clarity they need to successfully run and optimize their business. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for merchant-facing data, AI-driven insights, and dashboarding within the Tebi platform. Your mission will be to transform raw operational & financial data — spanning POS, payments, inventory, reservations and other areas — into intuitive insights that enable our customers to spot trends, control costs, and make confident, data-driven decisions that ultimately drive their business success using Tebi, the ultimate north star as a business.

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the entire Insights team, including the main merchant dashboards, custom reporting tools, and embedded analytics across the Tebi application.
• Collaborate with Engineers to leverage Tebi's unified data foundation, creating new and valuable business intelligence features that translate complex data into simple, actionable views for merchants.
• Work directly with merchants, Sales, and Customer Success to deeply understand most critical business questions and translate those needs into intuitive, data-backed product requirements.
• Use quantitative data (e.g., feature adoption, time-to-insight) and qualitative feedback to measure the impact of our reporting tools and continually iterate to maximize merchant value and data-driven decision-making.

• You have a strong track record of delivering impactful product launches and improvements at a fast growing company.
• You ideally have 4-8 years of relevant work experience, have lead the product strategy for core insights or reporting product teams.
• You are data-driven, using both qualitative and quantitive data to inform product prioritization and decision making. You care about the balance between craft, speed, and outcomes.
• You are highly collaborative, able to partner effectively across the organization and build trust with both technical and operational teams

What is Restaurant Software?
