As Restaurant Manager, you and your team ensure that our guests are surprised every day with a perfect Big Mac, golden French fries and great service. You also ensure that your restaurant achieves the very best results. Together with your team, you excel in guest orientation. Based on McDonald's operational and financial goals and your own vision, you draw up the annual plan. You share this with your employees and translate it into concrete objectives. You have an eye for developing talent and put the right employee in the right place. You coach your Managers and employees to their next step. You create a positive and safe working environment in which McDonald's standards and values are leading. Motivational inspiration is also part of this. You see changing circumstances and innovations as opportunities. A requirement is of course a balanced administration and a perfectly managed and maintained restaurant.
