What to Expect During Your Internship

Curious about how Finance operates in an international environment? As our Accounts Receivable Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Accounts Receivable team by managing customer interactions, resolving payment issues, and collaborating with internal teams, while sharpening your communication and problem-solving skills. This is a great opportunity to build a solid foundation in financial operations and make a real impact from day one.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage outbound customer calls 

  • Provide customers with a reliable and fast solution

  • Learn how to use and work with professional finance and ERP systems

  • Deal with all related tasks of Credit & Collections 

  • Work with Customer Service Teams (“Aftersales”) to quickly resolve customer disputes

  • Collaborate with the Cash Application Teams for searches or actions required to allocate unidentified payments

  • Your Profile

  • You are a 3rd year Bachelor student studying Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

  • You have a keen interest in Finance and are eager to learn more about it

  • You are proactive, assertive and straightforward 

  • You are service-oriented and a team player

  • You have excellent spoken and written skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus)

  • Ideally, you have first knowledge of enterprise software such as Oracle, Salesforce or SAP

  • You are available full-time from February 2026 for 5-6 months.
