For our client DHL Supply Chain in Weert, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader.
In this role, you will manage a dedicated team on the ASML site, ensuring that all logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently.

- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Lead Operator;
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS);
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and commitment to safety.

Functieomschrijving
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will supervise a team of approximately 20 Warehouse Operators in the Outbound Picking & Shipping department.
You know how to motivate people, improve processes, and achieve results.
You’ll work in rotating shifts (06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00) and be responsible for:
- Coaching, evaluating, and developing your team members;
- Monitoring daily operations and resolving bottlenecks;
- Creating reports and analyses in the Warehouse Management System (WMS);
- Ensuring safety and quality on the work floor;
- Conducting absence, performance, and appraisal meetings;
- Collaborating closely with fellow Team Leaders, the Shift Manager, and the Operations Manager.
- In short: you are the link between people, processes, and performance.
