Requirements
Manage the end-to-end test process, ensuring smooth execution of all test phases.
Develop and execute detailed local test plans for all test types, including:
Integration Testing (IT)
System Integration Testing (SIT)
Functional Acceptance Testing (FAT)
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Lead local teams through pre-UAT test phases (IT, SIT, FAT, UAT), ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Drive UAT activities, covering all relevant integrations—not only local systems, but also cross-project and global interfaces.
Support business stakeholders in creating and refining test cases for FAT and UAT phases.
Monitor and report on progress, quality, and test results across all phases.
Maintain oversight of test coverage and ensure it meets local business needs and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with the UAT lead to align on test scenarios, ensuring minimum required coverage for FAT.
Hold weekly status meetings with the Cross-Program Test Lead to discuss progress, risks, and issues.
Collaborate with the Global End-to-End Test Lead to align with existing test scenarios and global standards.
Plan and support local test automation efforts in coordination with global and local automation teams.
Ensure test environments are prepared before test execution begins—including connectivity, configuration, and test data setup—in partnership with the Global team.
Develop and execute the local UAT test plan, ensuring relevance and completeness.
Create or assist in developing local user test scenarios, ensuring adequate coverage for UAT.
Provide support to users during test execution, facilitating smooth progress and issue resolution.
Coordinate with the Pre-UAT Test Lead on defect logging and management processes.
Ensure UAT environments are functioning as expected, performing smoke tests and liaising with GIS teams as needed.
Deliver regular reports on testing progress, environment status, issue tracking, and resolution.
English is sufficient for the role, though Dutch proficiency is preferred.
