Customer Support Expert Dutch - Hybrid

We’re looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Experts to support global brands from the comfort of your home in Greece. Our clients include leaders in fashion, household technology, mobility, logistics, and communication platforms.
This is a fully remote role within Greece, offering you the flexibility to live where you want - as long as you have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

What You’ll Do
- Be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing the clients brand
- Actively listen to what moves our customers and provide solutions either by phone calls, emails, or chats!
- Recommend solutions or products that match their needs.
- Process warranty claims, repairs, and replacements
- Handle inquiries about product orders, payments and/or deliveries, as well as customer complaints
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication
- Exchanging ideas and solutions with your colleagues!

Requirements
What You Bring
- Proficient in both written and spoken Dutch, and good English language skills as well.
- Solution driven out of the box thinking
- An empathetic soul with the communication skills that match
- An entrepreneurial mindset to balance out the cons and benefits
- Good technical troubleshooting and/or problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle unexpected changes and customer concerns professionally
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a multicultural team.
